Start Date: August 18 or sooner | 4 x 10-hour work week
56 North Ranch Supply is a locally owned and operated feed and ranch supply store proudly serving Northern Alberta’s agricultural community. Known for trusted products, honest advice, and genuine neighborly service, we're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as our full-time Store Sales Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with product selection and loading feed, fencing supplies, tools, and livestock equipment
Receive and organize inventory; manage weekly stock orders
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store and warehouse
Engage with customers in-store and on social media (reels, stories, etc.)
Process transactions through our point-of-sale system
Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage returns/exchanges
Answer customer questions on products, pricing, and promotions
Restock shelves and manage front-of-store displays
Balance the cash register at open and close
Create quotes and invoices as needed
Operate forklift or pallet jack to move, stock, and load feed
Communicate openly and directly with Owners and CFO

What We’re Looking For:
Self-starter with strong organization and communication skills
Reliable and punctual with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in indoor/outdoor settings
Friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Experience or interest in agriculture/livestock
Forklift experience (or willing to be trained)
Confident using computer technology and social media
