Are you passionate about rural living, agriculture, and helping your community thrive? 56 North Ranch Supply is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team!

About Us

At 56 North Ranch Supply, we’re more than just a feed and supply store—we’re a hub for the northern Alberta ranching and homesteading community. From livestock feed and fencing to western apparel and homesteading essentials, we take pride in offering quality products with down-to-earth service.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face our customers trust. You’ll help with everything from recommending products to restocking inventory and maintaining a clean, organized retail space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, knowledgeable manner

  • Process sales through our point-of-sale (POS) system (Odoo training provided)

  • Restock shelves and maintain product displays

  • Receive and check in inventory

  • Answer customer inquiries in-store and by phone

  • Assist with feed order preparation and pick-up

  • Support our events and promotions (like the 56 North Night Market!)

Who You Are

  • You have strong people skills and enjoy helping others

  • You’re reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • You can lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable working on your feet

  • You have basic computer skills and are willing to learn

  • Experience in agriculture, livestock, feed, or western retail is a bonus—but not required

  • You care about supporting rural communities and living the lifestyle
